John Gresham - Builder, Developer
John Gresham has been involved in the building industry since 1981. He is currently building homes in the GRR Land Company development called Windancer. John recently started developing an additional 140 acres along Buford Road and is building custom homes throughout the Mountain Home area.

John is a native Arkansan, living much of his life in the Little Rock area before he and his wife, Carol, came to live in Mountain Home in 2001. John is a graduate of the University of Arkansas (1970). A former CPA, now inactive in the profession, he has business interests in both Mountain Home and Jonesboro. John is a member of the Twin Lakes Home Builders, the Mountain Home Area Chamber of Commerce, the Arkansas Society of CPAs, and is a past Rotarian.

Carol Miller Gresham - Relocation Specialist, Broker
Carol Miller Gresham grew up in Mountain Home. After several years of work-related travel across the USA, she was thrilled to return to Mountain Home in 2001, when she and John settled here permanently.

While living in Tulsa and Little Rock, Carol owned and operated a relocation company. Her knowledge of all that relocation involves and her qualifications as a licensed real estate broker for more than 20 years keep her active in the GRR Land Company. Carol attended Ouachita Baptist University, earned a degree in music education, and teaches part-time at Arkansas State University Mountain Home.
